Day 6, Session 2, College Bound Writers

Today, in our Writing course, we focused on SAT writings and prompts.
Example: Do we benefit from learning about the flaws of people we admire and respect?

Camper Spotlight: Collin Geschwindt

Learning from your mistakes is always encouraged, but when a seemingly perfect role model decides to do something wrong or simple lies. We, as a society would try to make an example out of them, and sometimes might even run them out of town. When President Richard Nixon lied about Watergate, he was forever known for this, instead of his success. Flaws in humans is natrural, but when a superior leader decides to make a single mistake, peole rip into them about it.
